1.INFORMATION AND SELECTION
Information and selection of participants took place between 1.10.2023-30.11.2023.
The outreach activities were:
– project launch conference.
– presentations for the target group.
– announcement on the school website.
– selection notice posted on the student notice board.
Selection criteria:
students enrolled in grade XI, high school, qualification “technician in economic activities”.
– students enrolled in vocational school, grade X, qualification “waiter-waiter”.
– proportionate number of girls and boys.
– good state of health, as attested by a clean bill of health.
– good behavior at school, no low marks in behavior.
– have written consent of parents
– able to work in real working conditions in an intercultural and competitive environment.
– A2 level knowledge of English or partner language.
– complete application file.

– Motivation letter
– CI copy
– Recommendation of the supervisor
– Medical certificate, fit and healthy
– Student certificate specifying class, specialization.
Competitions:
written test of general knowledge and about the Erasmus+ program: 20% of the final mark.
practical test: 40% of the final mark.
interview where communication skills in languages will be tested.
adaptability and personality of the candidate: 40% of the final mark.
