2 mobility flows took place:
Flow 1 in the period 3.6.2024-21.6.2024 with the participation of 15 students from the qualification technician in economic activities took place in Portugal.
Activities/tasks carried out:
- The analyze of the payment modalities for an economical activity of a company.
- Completing and emission of payment instruments: order ticket, cambia, check, payment order, card.
- Creating specific actions for a company.
- Using a professional soft in order to use payment instruments.
- Telebanking using for economical operations.
- Creating file transfers connected to credit transfer orders, debit transfers or checks.
- Completing a book cash register for economical activities of a company.
- Using of the commerce accountable effects and creating recordings of commerce effects.
- The using of a card as a payment instrument.
- Using the following online payment instruments: home-banking, internet-banking, mobile-banking.
Flow 2 in the period 8.7.2024-26.7.2024 with the participation of 7 students from the qualification cooks (vocational school) took place in Spain.
Activities/tasks carried out:
The investigation of informing sources which are specific to restaurants industry.
– Selecting information about the restaurant where the practice internship will be developed (address, location, access, offer).
– The participant will make a promoting offer of the restaurant where the practice internship will be developed.
– To make basic math calculations in order to dose the raw material
– To establish the necessary of raw materials according to portions’ number.
- Obtaining the cold Mediterranean starters, based on aspic, liver and chicken meat.
- Obtaining warm Mediterranean starters (souffles, puddings, spaghetti).
- Using decorating and plating techniques of the food dishes.
- Specific arranging operations regarding serving.
- Serving the clients.
- Making the mise-en-place.
- Making the bills for the clients.
- Making the card payment for the clients.
Using disposal techniques for the inventory objects according to the offered menu. One plate disposal, two plates disposal, three plates disposal, glasses disposal, auxiliary inventory objects disposal, table clothes disposal. Transporting the disposed objects.
Job shadowing mobility took place in the period 20.8.2024-26.8.2024 in Paphos-Cyprus.
Activities/tasks carried out:
Make a comparative analysis between the initial vocational training in Cyprus and the VET system in Romania, in order to identify the main differences between them.
Observing twenty hours of practical training in the VET Center of Dgreeen Jarrdines Nerja.
Elaborating a lesson plan for a practical training activity organized on groups of students.
Participate on the finale evaluation.
